A photo of three girls at a beach has been going viral on social media with a claim that the girl on the extreme left is BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra’s daughter.
The caption of the picture read: “बुर्खे का विरोध करने वाले और टीवी चैनलों पर बैठ कर झूठ बोलने वाले संबित पात्रा की बेटी”
(Translation- Sambit Patra’s daughter, the liar who fought against burkha on tv channels.)

FACT CHECK

When the fact checkers at NewsMobile did a fact check, we found that the claim is FAKE.
On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we found a similar picture on Bollywood actor Aamir Khan daughter, Ira Khan’s verified Instagram handle.

On checking the tags, we found that the girls on the left is Zayn Khan, Aamir Khan’s niece.


Hence, the above information proves that the girl in the picture is not Sambit Patra’s daughter.
