A picture post is making rounds on social media which features the Israeli Parliament with Indian flag on it. The text on the picture read: “First time in the history of Israel, the government of Israel hoisted Indian flag along with their flag on their Parliament before the visit of PM Modi to Israel.”
FACT CHECK
When we fact-checked the above post, we found it to be FAKE.
On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we found the original picture which does not have Indian Flag.
In the above FAKE vs REAL collage, it can be seen that the Indian flag was not there in the original picture and it was superimposed in the FAKE picture using photoshop software.
