We extracted the keyframes of the video using InVid tool and put them through Reverse Image Search.
We found the same video A18 Telangana News and 7H News from September 2019.

We also found a report by News 18 dated September 26, 2019, featuring the same video.

This proves that the viral video is from 2019.
However, we did find recent media reports about the waterlogging in Hyderabad due to heavy rainfall.

Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the video in question is from 2019 and not of recent flash floods in Hyderabad.
