NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the video to be old.
We ran a keyword search on YouTube using ‘BSP bike rally’ and found that the same video was uploaded on YouTube on December 30, 2016.
The video title read: Memorable bike rally Jhansi Sitaram Kushwaha BSP candidate- shooted lalit kushwaha

While examining the YouTube video carefully, we also found a date in one of the placards being carried by the supporters. The date read: December 27, 2016.

We also noticed that the bikes in the rally had the number plates of Uttar Pradesh and not Bihar.

The video was uploaded by Lalit Kushwaha, so, we found his Facebook Page and reached out to him.
“My name is Lalit Kushwaha. I uploaded this video of my relative Mr Sitaram Kushwaha (former candidate of Jhansi Assembly seat),” he told NewsMobile.
He also sent us a clearer picture of the placard.
