FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We extracted keyframes of the video and ran them through Reverse Image Search. The search led to the same video on the site wykop.pl – a Polish social networking service.
The post was dated November 18, 2019. As per the caption of the video (translated), the video is from the Missile Forces and Artillery Day that takes place in Russia.
We then ran a keyword search, which led us to an article by Russia Beyond dated November 17, 2019,  featuring the same video.
“On the occasion of the Day of the Missile Army and Artillery (RViA), the crews of a large number of artillery and missile systems showed their combat capabilities to the citizens, ” the first para of the article read.
The same video was also uploaded by another Russian media channel, NTV. The translated caption read, “If you didn’t know what Russian fireworks look like, then take a look. The footage was filmed at the range of multiple launch rocket systems. Judging by the calmness of the audience, they see this at least every day.”

Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the video is an old video from Russia and is not related to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
