Delhi witnessed heavy rainfall in the early hours of August 13, 2020, following which people started sharing pictures and videos of waterlogging online.
One such video in circulations shows water flooding a low-floor bus with a claim that it was taken in Delhi.

Kejriwal ji delhi walon ko Venice ka tour DTC mein karate hue, ” the post claimed.

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We extracted the keyframes of the video using InVid tool and then analysed the keyframes.
At the beginning of the video, a signboard can be seen with ‘S.M.S Hospital’ written on it.

We ran a keyword search and found that Swai Man Singh Hospital popularly known as SMS Hospital is in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Taking a cue from the above information, we put the video through Reverse Image Search along with some relevant keywords such as ‘Jaipur, rain, low-floor bus’ and found the extended version of the same video on YouTube dated August 10, 2020.
“Water enters the low-floor bus during the heavy rains in Jaipur” the title read.

Upon inspecting this video carefully, we found that another signboard of ‘Nasiya Bhattarakji’ which was seen in the video.

We searched and found that it is a Jain Temple in Jaipur.

Moreover, at 0:59 sec of the video, we noticed something written on the glass of the bus. Since the video was taken from inside the bus, the text was inverted. We flipped the screengrab and found that the text read ‘ Jaipur Bus’ in Hindi.

We also found several reports from Jaipur featuring a similar video of flooded roads following heavy rainfall.

Moreover, in a tweet, the Aam Aadmi Party also clarified that the video is from Rajasthan and not Delhi.

Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the video is NOT from Delhi and the claim being made in the post is false.
