The same video was shared with similar claims in different languages.

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the post to be misleading.
We extracted the keyframes of the video and put them through Reverse Image Search. The search led us to a report by Saudi24 News published on August 11, featuring the same video.

“The director of the General Hospital of King Saud Medical City, Dr. Khaled Al-Dahmashi, published a video clip of the joy of the medical and nursing staff in closing the isolation wards designated for cases of infection with the emerging coronavirus, ” the report stated.
The report also contained the link to the tweet.
“The joy of the medical and nursing staff at King Saud Medical City #AlShumaisi by closing the isolation wards designated for #COVID19 in the General Hospital, after a significant decline in the number of injuries and an increase in the rate of recovery, praise be to God, ” he tweeted. Dr. Khaled Al-Dahmashi, in another tweet, thanked the Saudi Health Minister Tawfiq al-Rabiah and said, “This is to clarify that this ward has 80 intensive care beds at the general hospital at KSMC. It was closed after the decrease in the number of cases, the intensive care was expanded from 130 beds to 460 for COVID-19. There are still cases of COVID-19 please follow the recommendations on the Health Ministry. Thanks to the medical staff, a special thanks to @tfrabiah.” (Translated via Google)

This proves that the video in question is from Saudi and not Russia.
Moreover, we also ran a keyword search and found media reports dated August 11, 2020, stating that President Vladimir Putin had announced that Russian made coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V has been rolled out and approved for use. The reports can be seen here and here.
From the above information, it is clear that the date of the video and the announcement is the same and hence, it can easily be passed off as Russia.
However, the video is from Saudi and hence, the posts are misleading.
