A video is doing the rounds on social media where people can be seen crammed in a small space. It is being claimed that the video is from Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi.
Some people also claimed that the video is from Victoria hospital in Bangalore.
“This is the amount of rush we are getting at room number 5, OPD, ground floor. Looking at the amount of patients here, it is a complete threat to all the doctors and staff of the hospital, including the patients,” the person making the video who identifies himself as Dr. Rana Singh can be heard saying.

FACT CHECK 

NewsMobile fact-checked the video and found the claims to be false.
We extracted the keyframes of the video and ran them through Reverse Image Search. The search led us to multiple posts on Facebook and YouTube with claims that the video is from Patna.
We then ran a search and found a media report on this published by IB Times on July 17, 2020.

However, in one of the posts, Dr. Rana Singh, who is making the video commented, clarifying that the video is from Mahavir Cancer Sansthan (MCS).
He commented, ” Yes it’s Me. Dr. Rana Singh. (MEDICAL OFFICER in MEDICAL ONCOLOGY DEPT of Mahavir Cancer Sansthan .. I had to Make this Video & Send it to Higher Authorities to Take Immediate Action over This Uncontrollable Crowd .. It was a Complete Threat to All Doctors , Nurses & Staffs of our Hospital .. Thankyou For Sharing it .. (Dr. Rana Singh) MCS , PATNA.”

NewsMobile has independently reached out to Dr. Rana Singh for a statement and this story will be updated as soon as we receive his response.
In the meantime, Bhaskar Rao, police commissioner, Bangalore city has also clarified that the video is not from Bangalore.
“City Crime Branch swiftly identified and arrested this person who has been circulating false videos of panic in Victoria Hospital, Bangalore. Kudos to all doctors and medical professionals who are doing their best. FALSE NEWS BUSTED,” he tweeted.

Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the video in circulation is from Patna and not from Bangalore or Delhi.
