A video of a crash between a helicopter and a truck is being shared on social media with a claim that it is from Amritsar.
“Only in India …Amritsar Ratan Singh chowk..Helicopter naal truck da accident, ” the caption read.

FACT CHECK 

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
When we extracted the keyframes of the video and put them through Reverse Image Search, we found the same video on YouTube, uploaded on January 21, 2020.
“Police helicopter slashes lorry during road take off in Brazil,” the headline read.

We then ran a keyword search and found a report, published by Daily Mail on January 21, 2020. According to the report, the incident took place in Rio Branco, in the northwestern state of Acre.

The report also stated that two crew members, who were in the helicopter at that time also sustained minor injuries.
Hence, it is clear that the video in question is not from Amritsar. And the claim made is false.
