A picture collage is doing rounds on social media featuring images of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. In one of the pictures, PM Modi and Amit Shah can be seen sporting skullcaps.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above images and found that the picture of PM Modi and Amit Shah sporting skullcap is morphed.
We cropped the picture and put it through Reverse Image Search, which led us to several news articles featuring the original picture in which the two leaders can be seen clearly without skullcaps.
On digging further, we found that the picture was taken in August 2019 when PM Modi and Amit Shah visited former finance minister Arun Jaitley’s residence after his demise.
In the above FAKE vs REAL collage, it is clear that the original picture was manipulated using photo editing software to create a morphed picture.
Other two pictures of Rajnath Singh and PM Modi (with a maulvi) are real.
