NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found it to be false and misleading.
On putting the picture through Google Reverse Image Search, we found the same picture on NDTV dated April 27, 2019, claiming that Rahul Gandhi was with his sister Priyanka, at the Kanpur airport.

Further, other media organizations like the Indian Express, Mathrubhumi and The Federal also claim that Rahul Gandhi was with Priyanka Vadra at Kanpur airport on April 27, 2020.
On digging further, we also found a video of the same day on YouTube posted by TOI dated April 27, 2020, claiming that Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his sister Priyanka shared a light moment on camera at the Kanpur airport.

Hence, the picture of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka has been falsely linked to the Hathras case. the truth is that the picture was taken at the Kanpur Airport in 2019.
