It is also being claimed that Ambani was meeting Punjab CM to discuss various investment and industrial development opportunities for is state.
The Facebook caption read, “Happy to meet Mukesh Ambani Ji in Mumbai. Hope to discuss various investment and industrial development opportunities for Punjab. Punjab CM .”

On putting the picture through Google Reverse Image Search, we found the same picture on Facebook dated October 31, 2017, which was uploaded by Capt Amarinder Singh.

Moreover, we also found the same picture on Twitter dated October 31, 2017, claiming that Punjab CM Amarinder Singh met Mukesh Ambani in Mumbai to discuss various investment and industrial development opportunities for Punjab.

On digging further, we also found an article by Jagran dated November 1, 2017, claiming that Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani met in Mumbai.

Moreover, we also found another article by Hindustan Times claiming that Captain Amarinder Singh met Ambani in October 2017.
Hence, with the help of the above information, it is clear that the old picture of 2017 is falsely being shared as a recent one. Don’t fall for false and misleading claims.
