FACT CHECK

When NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video, we found that the claim attached to it is false.
Though the video is real, it is not from London. The video is actually from the Carnival of Cultures or Karneval der Kulturen – a street festival in Berlin where thousands of people gather every year to celebrate the multicultural diversity and ethnic groups residing in Germany with on-street songs and colourful dance performances.
In the video, the banner of an Indian group, Berlin Indiawaale, can be seen on the truck which was playing the song.

When NewsMobile contacted Berlin Indiawaale, their manager confirmed that video is from Berlin and not from London.
“I can confirm that in this video you see an Event which happened in Berlin on June 9th, and the truck you see is Berlin Indiawaale Truck, and Group,” Tara, manager of Berlin Indiawaale, said.
“The Event is Karneval der Kulturen, a multicultural Event Happening every year over here for the past 24 years,” she added.
Hence, the above information proves that the video is real but it is not from London.
