On cropping the picture of the building and putting it through Reverse Image Search, we found that the building is of Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences in Madhya Pradesh.
We came across a tweet by the verified Twitter handle of CMO Madhya Pradesh dated February 28th, 2019, which had the same picture of the building and the caption of the tweet read: “Today Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath will also inaugurate Chhindwara Medical College. During his Chhindwara visit HCM will Inaugurate and lay foundation stone of different development projects costing over 1944 Crore rupee.”
