It has been claimed that the man in the picture is Dr VK Srinivas, Vice President of Bharat Biotech and he is taking the first injection of COVID-19 (vaccine).

The company on Friday, July 3, 2020, took to their official Twitter handle to clarify that the picture in question has no connection with Bharat Biotech or the COVID-19 vaccine they are working on.
