A flashing image of a bridge over a sea is going viral on social media and it is being claimed that it is in Mumbai.
Facebook page ‘Dontgetserious’ posted the viral image on October 17, days before the elections were held on October 21st.

At the time of filing of the report, the image was liked by more than 3,300 users.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found the claim attached to it to be FAKE.
We ran a Reverse Image Search and found that the image is from South Korea. According to stock photograph available on ‘Shutterstock‘, it is a night shot of the Gwangan Bridge in Busan city of South Korea. The picture is credited to a photographer named Nop Popeye.
Hence, the viral image is from South Korea and not Mumbai.
