NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We extracted keyframes of the video and put them through Google Reverse Image Search. The search led us to a Chinese fact-checking article (archive) from 2019. In the article, they have debunked the same video which was going viral with another claim, at that point of time.

According to the above article, the viral video is of the light show related to the ‘War of Shunchang’ theme show conducted in Shuangqing Bay Park, Fuyang, Anhui. When we searched on Google maps, we found this location to be in China.
The article also contained a statement (archive) by Hangzhou Internet police from 2019. The translation of the post read, “After textual research, this is the movie-level ancient war theme water show “War of Shunchang” in Shuangqingwan Park, Fuyang, Anhui. In May of this year, it was rumoured that this video was a dreamlike Jinyang video. reference: Web links.”

Taking a cue, we then ran a keyword search and found another video of the water and light show at Shuangqingwan Park, Fuyang, Anhui on YouTube.

We then ran another keyword search using ‘双青湾公园’ (Shuangqingwan Park) and found that another video of the location was uploaded by water design website.
According to the site, the park has a huge 840 sqm LED screen submerged underwater.

“The fountain system, integrated with lighting system and many hidden lazer system, has made the water show more dazzling and fashionable. Large-scale linearray audio system has presented 3D surrounding stereoscopic sound effect,” the website said.
The search also led us to multiple posts on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website, where people shared similar videos and pictures of the water and light show from Shuangqingwan Park.

Hence, based on the above information, it is clear that the video is from China and not from Rajasthan as quoted in the viral post.
