FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found it to be false and misleading.
With the help of InVID tool, we got keyframes of the video. On putting the keyframes through Google Reverse Image Search along with relevant keywords, we found the same video on Facebook dated November 10, 2020, claiming to be from Madhya Pradesh.
(Translation: Hall of Indore Saver seat- Firstly the murder of democracy and now rigged elections..! BJP has won this way in Madhya Pradesh. #Madhya Pradesh)

Further, we found the same video on Facebook posted by INC Madhya Pradesh dated November 10, 2020, with caption read, “इंदौर की साँवेर सीट का हाल- पहले लोकतंत्र की हत्या और अब मतगणना में धांधली..! मध्यप्रदेश में बीजेपी को इस तरह से जीत मिली है।
(Translation: Condition of Sanwer seat in Indore – First murder of democracy and now rigging in the count of votes..! This is how BJP has won in Madhya Pradesh.)

We also found the same post on Twitter by INC Madhya Pradesh dated November 10, 2020, claiming to be from Madhya Pradesh and not from Bihar.

In all the social media videos, in the end, the woman spoke out her name “Rashmi Bourasi” which led us to Rashmi Bourasi Pasi’s Facebook profile.
We also found the same video on Rashmi Bourasi’s timeline on November 20, 2020.

Further, we also searched for Rashmi Bourasi’s information on her Facebook profile and found that she is an Advocate at Allahabad High Court. The profile mentions that she lives in Indore.

Our further investigation took us to a news article on ANI dated November 10, 2020, claiming that the counting of the votes in Madhya Pradesh by-polls was paused due to the allegation of mismanagement and unfair conduct against polling officials by Congress, but was resumed after an hour.

In the same article, it is also claimed that Rashmi Bourasi is Premchand Guddu’s (Sanwer Candidate for Congress) daughter.

Hence, the woman is talking in context of Madhya Pradesh elections and not Bihar polls and she is not an election officer. Don’t fall for false and misleading claims.
