A video of protests is being shared on social media with a claim that people in Bihar are demanding recounting of votes after NDA won the Bihar assembly elections and Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister again.
“सीएम नीतीश कुमार , पीएम मोदी और इलेक्शन कमिशन के खिलाफ नारे बाजी करती बिहार की जनता और वोट रिकांउटिग की मांग करती #बिहार_मांगें_रिकॉउंटिंग, ” the post claimed.

FACT CHECK 

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We extracted keyframes of the video using InVID tool and put them through Reverse Image Search.
The search led us to a tweet featuring an extended version of the same video dated October 29, 2020.
“#Munger massive peaceful protest rally against attack by police on Durga idol procession, ” the tweet read. 

We then ran a keyword search based on the above tweet and found multiple reports featuring similar videos of the protest.

According to the report by the Indian Express, ‘The protest started from Bata Chowk of Munger town at around 10.30 am when some 50 people gathered to carry out a peaceful protest against the local administration. As protesters left Bata Chowk towards DM office and Kotwali, more people joined. Some of them even damaged vehicles parked by the roadside.’
Moreover, at the end of the viral Facebook video, we can hear a man saying that the entire bazaar has come out to protest. He can also be heard asking another person if the crowd is moving towards the DM office.
Why were people protesting in Munger? 
On October 26, 2020, an 18-year-old man was shot dead and some people were injured in firing during the immersion of Goddess Durga in Bihar’s Munger district. Soon after, a video of police resorting to lathi charge on a group carrying a Durga idol went viral on social media and massive protests erupted in the area.
During the protest, the crowd torched two police vehicles parked outside Puravsarai outpost.
Reports published on October 29 also mentioned that the Election Commission removed the District Magistrate Rajesh Meena and Superintendent of Police Lipi Singh over the said violence during the Durga Puja immersion procession.
Munger went to polls on October 28, 2020, amid protests. It should also be noted that the viral video was available on the internet since October 29 and Bihar assembly election vote counting took place on November 10.
Hence, from the above fact check, it is clear that the video is being circulated with false claims.
