A video is being shared on social media with a claim that it is of Indian Army soldiers celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi at Galwan Valley in Ladakh.

NewsMobile fact checked the video and found the claim to be misleading.
While closely analysing the video, we noticed the Shingo River Valley written in a banner behind the army personnel.
We then ran a keyword search and found the same video on YouTube dated September 17, 2019. “Ganesh pooja procession of INDIAN ARMY at SHINGO RIVER VALLEY 👆” the title read.
We searched on Google maps and found that Shingo River Valley is approximately 229 km away from Galwan Valley.
Hence, from the above fact check, it is clear that the video is old and not from Galwan valley in Ladakh.
