A man named Jeet Rout who has about 2,000 followers on Facebook posted a picture on July 15, of Assam floods asking people to focus on Assam and not to waste time on entertainment feeds.
He uploaded the picture with the caption, “Don’t focus & Waste on Bollywood. Pray for Assam Flood”

According to the article, the picture in question describes the Assam flood situation in 2019.
Hence, though Assam is reeling under floods, the picture in question which has been posted on social media is an old one.
