A video of sewage water overflowing on to a road is doing rounds on social media. In the video, two women can be seen falling in the gutter while trying to cross the road.
The video is being shared with a claim that it is from national capital Delhi.

NewsMobile fact checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We extracted the key frames of the video using InVId. Upon putting those key frames through Reverse Image Search, we found the extended version of the same video on Facebook, which was uploaded on October 27, 2017.
We then ran a keyword search on YouTube and found a report by Capital TV (a news channel based in Islamabad) dated 2017, featuring the same video. According to the report, the video is from NA 120 (Sheikhupura-II), a consistency in Pakistan.
From the above fact-check, it is clear that the video is an old one and the claim that it is from Delhi is false.
