A video with multiple visual effects is being circulated on social media. It is being claimed that the video is of a light show from Jodhpur in Rajasthan and the entry fee of the show is Rs 3,000 per person.
The Facebook caption read, “Beautiful LIGHT SHOW In Jodhpur (Rajasthan State) Entrance fee is Rs.3,000 per head. Now, enjoy this colourful night show for free.”

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found it to be misleading.
With the help of InVID tool, we got keyframes of the video. On putting the keyframes of the video through Google Reverse Image Search, we found the same video on New Video Clip in the Persian language claiming that it’s an ‘imaginary’ clip.
Moreover, when we saw the video carefully, we also noticed a watermark in the viral video.
We found the same watermark was found on a Chinese website claiming that the video is of ‘Long Yichen’.
On comparing the post on social media and video on a Chinese site, we can see that the watermark is the same.
Taking the clue, we found the original channel of ‘Long Yichen’ on ‘Ixigua’, another Chinese website and found the same videos.
However, on the website, we found plenty of videos with caption ‘Visual effects’, which clearly states that the video is edited and also has visual effects elements.

In conclusion, we can say that the video of the light show is not from Rajasthan. Truth is that it is partially animated with visual effects from China. Don’t fall for false and misleading claims.
