FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the video and found the claim to be misleading.
We extracted the video keyframes and put them through Reverse Image Search after cropping them. Upon scanning through multiple search engines, we came across a report by the Insider dated 2019, featuring the same video. Here’s another report on the same incident.

According to the article, the video is from Africa and was taken during the annual Exercise Flintlock, where more than 2,000 service members from over 30 African and western partner nations participated.

Another report can be seen here.
We also found the second video is of the Indian paratroopers testing their skills in Ladakh.

Hence, from the above fact check, we can conclude that the video existed on the internet a year before it started going viral in the name of Pakistan paratroopers. Multiple reports have pointed that the video is from Africa and not Pakistan. So the claim made is false.
