Firstly we checked on the official website of the Ministry of Railways but did not find any information or press release claiming that Indian Railway is planning to reduce the overtime and travel allowance of 13 lakh employees by 50 per cent.

We also checked the social media account of the Ministry of Railways but did not find any notification or post uploaded, that claimed about reduction of overtime or allowance of 13 lakh employees by 50 per cent.
However, we found a tweet by PIB dated November 25, 2020, claiming that Indian Railways is not planning to reduce travelling allowance or over time allowance by 50 per cent.
