FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be misleading.
The first red flag was that the mark sheet is of West Bengal of Secondary Education and not CBSE. When found that the mark sheet is of a student named Sanjoy Rabidas.
We put the picture through Reverse Image Search and found an article dated 2018 on the on theyouth.in,  featuring the same image.

“Cobbler-teenager defied the odds to score 465 without going to school” the headline read. According to the article, Sanjoy Rabidas hails from Konua Madhyampara village in West Bengal.
Moreover, we found an article by Indian Express dated July 16, 2020, stating that West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will declare the class 12 board or Higher Secondary examination results on July 17.

It should also be noted that it is not possible to get a hard copy of the mark sheet in coronavirus pandemic. As the schools are shut so no hard copies have been issued as of yet.
Hence, based on the above information, we can conclude that the post in question is misleading.
