FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found it to be FAKE.
We got our first clue when we saw the comment section of Facebook post, calling out the fake post.
Also, when we analysed the television screengrab carefully, we noticed that viral screengrab is different from the original screengrab of AajTak.

We also found a tweet by PIB dated December 1, 2020, claiming that the television screengrab of Nirmala Sitharaman is morphed. They also clarified that the central government has not taken any decision regarding a 24 per cent hike in DA.
pic.twitter.com/z9KtZ09fpX

Moreover, we also found an article by Financial Express dated December 2, 2020, claiming that the Central Government has denied any hike in Dearness Allowance (DA).
