The Facebook posts read: Farmers want article 370 and 35A to restored in Kashmir !! बस मोहरा बदला गया है , प्लानिंग बिल्कुल शाहीन बाग वाली है !!
(Translation: Farmers want article 370 and 35A to restored in Kashmir !! Just the pawn has changed, the planning is exactly like Shaheen Bagh!!)

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
The first thing we noticed in the picture was the logo of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) on the banner. Shiromani Akali Dal is an Indian political party.

We then scanned through the official social media pages of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) and found a similar picture which was uploaded on August 8, 2019.

On comparing the two pictures, it is evident that they were taken at the same location on the same day.
It should be noted that the picture was uploaded on August 8, 2019, three days after the Central government revoked Article 370 and 35A that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir, which triggered massive protests.
We also found a report by a local Punjabi media channel dated August 8, 2019, stating that Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar led a campaign against the abolition of Article 370.

This proves that the picture in circulation is old and is being shared with a false context.
