A picture post is making rounds on social media according to which Priyanka Chopra is heading for a divorce with Nick Jonas after getting the green card and she will get half of Nick’s property.
The text on the picture read: “After marriage, Priyanka got the green card of America and now they are taking divorce and Priyanka got half of his property.”

NewsMobile fact-checked the above claim and found that the above claim is FAKE as Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have not filed for divorce.
Though, recently a report in the US’ OK! magazine surfaced which claimed that the 36-year-old actress and the 26-year-old singer are quickly falling out of love now that they are “starting to really get to know each other”
“They’ve been fighting about everything — work, partying, spending time together. The bottom line is that Nick and Priyanka rushed into things…And now they’re paying the price. Their marriage is hanging by a thread,” OK! magazine quoted a source as saying.
But on the contrary, the couple has decided to sue the magazine rubbishing FAKE claims.
“Once she makes up her mind to deal with negative rumour-mongering, nothing can stop her. Priyanka will let loose her legal team on this news-manufacturing tabloid and ensure they get to their knees,” Priyanka’s close associate was quoted in a report.
Hence, the viral post is FAKE.
