'The Last Kiss': Italian Doctor couple died because of COVID-19 after treating patients? Here's the truth

A picture of a young couple is being shared with a melodramatic narrative on social media.
The narrative claims that man and the woman in the picture are doctors in Italy who have treated more than 134 Covid-19 patients. It also claims that the couple fell prey to the disease and died on the eighth day.

On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found that several media reports featured this image and the picture was credited to Emilio Morenatti, AP Photo.
According to the caption, the picture was taken at Barcelona airport, Spain on March 12, 2020.
