Just by a simple Google search, we found Kiran Bedi’s official Twitter handle in which she has mentioned that she’s the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry.

Moreover, we found that the governor of Jammu and Kashmir is Satya Pal Malik.

Hence, the above information proves that the claim is FAKE.
