A picture of veteran BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi offering sweets to Prime Minister Narendra Modi is doing the rounds with a claim that Joshi was offering sweets to PM Modi after the construction of Ram temple started in Ayodhya.
The caption suggested that after the first brick was laid, Murli Manohar Joshi hailed PM Modi and served him with sweets.
The caption in Hindi read: “राम मंदिर निर्माण की प्रथम ईट रखे जाने पर मुरली मनोहर जोशी जी मोदीजी का मुँह मीठा करवाते हुए,,450 साल बाद ही सही पर अधर्म पर धर्म की जीत हुयी,,
।।जय श्री राम।।”
(Translation: “Since the Ram Mandir construction has started, on the occasion of the first brick being laid, Murli Manohar Joshi offered sweets to PM Narendra Modi.”)

On putting the above picture through Reverse Image Search, we came across an article by The Hindu dated May 25, 2019, which had featured the same picture.
The caption of the picture read: “Prime Minister Narendra Modi being offered sweets by BJP veteran Murli Manohar Joshi as party president Amit Shah looks on in New Delhi on Friday. | Photo Credit: PTI”
The picture was clicked on May 24, 2019, when PM Modi met the veteran BJP leader after winning the 2019 General Election.
Moreover, the construction of the Ram Temple began on May 26, 2020.
In conclusion, upon analysing the above information, it is established that the picture in question is old and has no connection with the construction of Ram Temple.
