Firstly, we noticed that the above screenshot had a lot of spelling mistakes.

We also checked the official Twitter handle of CM Arvind Kejriwal and found his reply to Uddhav Thackeray’s congratulatory tweet.

In the screenshot, the tweet time is 4:27 pm on 11 Feb. However, on is official handle there is no tweet that was posted at that time. On of the tweet was posted at 4:05 pm and the tweet after that was posted at 6:00 pm.
Moreover, the tweet handle of Uddhav Thackeray in the screenshot is not his official twitter account.

The above information proves that the viral screenshot is fake.
