A picture of a grieving woman holding a photograph and an Aadhaar card is doing rounds on social media and it has been claimed that she is seeking financial assistance for the treatment of her son.
At the time of filing this report, the above post was shared by over 99,000 Facebook users.

FACT CHECK
When NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture, we found it to be false.
On closely observing the picture, it is clear that the photograph of the boy in the picture is superimposed.
On digging further and putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we came across the original picture in one of the Facebook posts.
In the original picture, the woman can be seen with the photograph of a different boy and according to the post dated April 1, 2017, the boy went missing.
Hence, the above information proves that the picture in the viral post is manipulated and the claim attached to it is also FAKE.
