As the mystery around the death of Bollywood star, Sushant Singh Rajput deepens, a photo has started making rounds on social media.
In the picture, Maharashtra cabinet minister, Aaditya Thackeray can be seen sitting with a woman inside a car. The posts claim that the woman in the picture is actor Rhea Chakraborty. The caption attached to the picture also provides this as a reason why the Mumbai police is hesitant in investigating the death Sushant Singh Rajput.
“Aditya Thackeray with Rhea Chakraborty, that’s the reason why Mumbai police is not investigating the ssr case 😱, ” the post claims.

A simple search through Reverse Image Search led us to the links of various news articles stating the girl in the picture is actor Disha Patani and not Rhea Chakraborty.

When we examined the articles, we found that the picture was taken in March 2019 when Thackeray reportedly went out on a lunch with Patani.

Based on the above fact check, it is certain that the woman in the picture is Disha Patani and not Rhea Chakraborty and hence, the post in question is false.
