We ran a search using keywords such as ‘leopard’, ‘Jalandhar’ etc along with a screen grab of the video and found various reports from 2019. The reports can be read here, here and here.
According to the reports, the leopard strayed into Lama Pind area of Jalandhar from the hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh on January 31, 2019, and injured four people.
We also found the video on YouTube on the official channel of The Times of India, dated January 31, 2019.
Hence, the above information proves that the video in question is old and has no relation with the COVID-19 lockdown.
