Fact Check
When the team at NewsMobile fact-checked the above post, we found that the claim is fake.
When we put the picture through Reverse Image Search, we came across a tweet by a Filipino news organisation, ABS-CBN News, dated April 20, 2020, which had featured the same picture. According to the tweet, the picture is from Myanmar.

We also found a report by another news organisation in the Philippines, dated April 22, 2020, which had featured the same picture.
Similar to the above, this report also states that the vegetable market is in Myanmar.
Hence, the information proves that the picture is not clicked in Mizoram but is from a vegetable market in Myanmar.
