Alcohol is banned in Bihar since April 2016.

We put the image through Reverse Image Search and found a report from 2016 featuring the same image.

NewsMobile independently couldn’t identify the origin or location of the above picture but from the above fact check, it is clear that the picture is circulation is at least 6 years old and has no relation with Bihar.
