A picture post has surfaced on the internet which has a picture of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and a quote is attributed to him claiming that he will leave the country if PM Modi returns to power.
The text read: “I would leave India if Modi becomes the PM of this country,” Shah Rukh Khan.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found it to be FAKE.
When we looked into what was claimed to be said by SRK, we found that it derived from a FAKE article.
When we dug deeper, we found that the article was based on a deleted tweet by a FAKE Twitter handle @jamsrk which resembles to Shah Rukh Khan’s verified Twitter handle (@iamsrk).
Moreover, Shah Rukh Khan in 2014 had clarified about a similar claim.
