FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and found that the claim attached to the video is false.
Firstly, we closely observed the video frame-by-frame. Our attention was drawn towards the Ambulance in the video which read ‘AMBULANCIA’ which is Spanish for Ambulance.

Meanwhile, the watermark on the video read – Pitalenos de Coraz which also Spanish.
We extracted the keyframes of the video and put them through Reverse Image Search along with relevant keywords. We found the extended version of the video on Facebook, uploaded by Laboyanos.com on April 28, 2020.

According to the caption, the video is of a mock drill which was conducted in the wake of Coronavirus in El Pital town in Colombia.
Hence, the above information put together proves that the video in question is NOT of a real incident but a mock drill from Colombia.
